License Agreement (Terms of Use)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Taha Yasin KÖKSAL ("Developer") for the use of the application "Spendly" ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party.
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. Subscription Terms

The App may offer subscription services. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees for the selected subscription period.
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. Privacy

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and is applicable worldwide where the App is distributed.
